Shipping policy

Delivery date is determined by using the tracking number used to ship the order to the customer.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges due to the handcrafted nature of our product.

Stolen items:

 If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen and you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the amount. 

We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused etc, we cannot refund the amount.
